On April 21, The Society organized its monthly webinar: “Role of Business Amidst a Pandemic”. Following welcome remarks delivered by ATS Co-Chair Michael Roberts, the webinar was moderated by ATS Board Member, Kerem Kamisli. Keynote speaker Hamdi Ulukaya stressed the importance of maintaining employees’ motivation to sustain business productivity during the pandemic. By choosing to always put employees first, Hamdi shared examples on how he created a powerful business culture at Chobani and emphasized the importance of implementing conscientious capitalism in the way business should be conducted.
