Meet with Ayca Ozkan (Singer)

Message of Gratitude to the Society

Ayca Ozkan

My name is Ayça, and I am a vocalist from İstanbul, Turkey. I am currently a rising junior at Aydin Doğan Fine Arts High School.

Music has always been more than just a passion for me. As a vocalist and performer, I have developed my artistic identity by blending various musical styles from around the world. From an early age, I have immersed myself in music as a form of expression and storytelling. Over the years, I have pursued every opportunity to deepen my understanding of music—whether through live performances, school projects, or songwriting.

One of the biggest reasons I was eager to study at Berklee was the wide range of styles offered, including Jazz, Blues, R&B, and Pop. As a vocalist, the joy of singing in so many genres is indescribable, and Berklee’s professionalism in these areas truly impressed me.

Thanks to Berklee College of Music and the American Turkish Society, these opportunities have expanded even further.
