ATS 65th Anniversary
On November 7, 2013, The American Turkish Society held its Annual Gala at the Trading Floor of the New York Stock Exchange, with the generous support of Turkcell, and with the participation of H.E. Mehmet Şimşek, Finance Minister of Turkey, to launch our 65th anniversary.
At our Gala in 2013, we celebrated the U.S.-Turkish partnership -what has been The Society’s mission since 1949- to promote economic, cultural, and educational ties between the United States and Turkey, and to raise awareness and crucial financial support for our extensive programming.
