Afra Seleme Goncuoglu

Afra graduated from Seton Hall University with a Bachelor’s degree in Diplomacy and International Affairs and is now pursuing a Master of Science in Public Administration at Columbia University.
In addition to receiving the PTF, her study has also been supported by Columbia.
